Dr. Andrew Baik is a respected figure in the realm of gastroenterology, known for his expertise and utmost dedication to his patients. With a career spanning several decades, he is the founder of Gastroenterology Associates of Central Jersey (GACJ), leaving an indelible mark on the medical community he serves. Despite his impressive accomplishments, Dr. Baik remains grounded and approachable, characteristics that have endeared him to his patients and colleagues alike.

Dr. Baik completed his medication education at the top medical school in South Korea at Seoul National University College of Medicine. He then completed his residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the Bronx VA Hospital and University of Massachusetts respectively.  He subsequently established GACJ in 1986 in Edison, NJ where the practice continues to thrive today.

His vision for GACJ was to provide comprehensive, patient-centered gastroenterology care with a personal touch.  Throughout the decades, Dr. Baik’s impact has extended beyond the medical realm, becoming a pillar of the local community.  Thousands of patients have been impacted by his expertise and personable approach to medicine.
